In country support for African partner

Alba Power raises the bar again yet again with a first in country repair for one of its long- term client partners in Africa. Having conducted a site survey and witnessing the issues observed by our clients, Alba Power were able to provide an outstanding response to the clients call for help to have their Avon gas turbine issues resolved before the end of December 2011. “Alba Power was able to comply with the client wishes, responding in a fashion that only Alba can!” Reported Grahame Martin, Senior Sales Manager at Alba Power By providing, what is becoming more and more the norm the highest level of customer support and satisfaction.

The required specialist Avon gas turbine tooling and manpower shipped on the 15th December with onsite Africa, works being completed by the 22nd December. This outstanding achievement carried out by our field service technicians not only resulted in our clients being back online and in a position to provide their required generating capacity, but also allowed our technicians back home for the festive period break. Its not just all about the hard work at Alba Power we play just as hard as we work and a well earned break was the order of the day for our field service heroes. And as for the client, well we believe that the comments below and 95% client satisfaction tells its own story.
