In-country support for African partner
Alba Power has carried out its first in-country repair for one of our long- term client partners in Africa. Having conducted a site survey and witnessed the issues observed by our clients, we were able to provide an outstanding response to their request to have their Avon gas turbine issues resolved before the end of December 2011.
“The required specialist Avon gas turbine tooling and manpower was shipped on the 15th December ,with on-site African works being completed by the 22nd December,” reports Grahame Martin, Senior Sales Manager at Alba Power. “This outstanding achievement carried out by our field service technicians not only resulted in our clients being back on-line and in a position to provide their required generating capacity, but also allowed our technicians back home for the festive period break.”
The reported 95% client satisfaction and the following client comment tell their own story.
