The changing face of Alba, 12 Years of growth and investment
They say every picture tells a story, and these two images dramatically illustrate how Alba Power’s gas turbine workshop facility at Netherley, near Aberdeen, has been transformed through twelve years of major growth and investment (note our restored Hawker Hunter jet at the entrance).
The most recent aerial image gives us a deserved sense of pride, as it reminds us of all the engine overhauls we have successfully completed in recent years. It also demonstrates how we now possess a workshop, stores and operations base as good as any in the industry, and symbolises our industry-leading service ethic.
2011 alone has seen us complete over 40 turbine overhauls during the year, and with our growing workload in LTSA and Package Support contracts, we thank all our customers for their trust and loyalty, and look forward to serving new and established clients in the future to our usual high standards.
