Training courses secure “all-time high” Alba Power rated customer feedback
Continuing the Alba Power ethos of working with customers as partners, we have just completed two Avon gas turbine training courses for a UK-based strategic back-up power station. This long-term client partner was keen to know more about the internal workings of an Avon gas turbine, and therefore requested Alba Power to tailor two training courses for their operational personnel.
Covering all aspects of the Avon gas turbine, from component identification through to the benefits of customised operation and maintenance schemes, the courses have provided the on-site shift personnel with a much greater understanding of the equipment that they have been working with for several decades.
On completion of this customer training course, Alba Power received our highest client feedback score to date for training, with a client satisfaction score of 97% founded on the two Avon gas turbine courses provided.
